I've been quietly working on something. Today I want to tell you about it. It starts with one good thing each day.

The Daily Here and Now is a daily mindfulness letter — a short hint each morning, written to meet you where you already are. No incense required. No arrival assumed. Just one small thing to carry into the day.

This project began as a chronicle for my two sons — something I could leave them and say, this is what made me who I am. It grew into something larger: a practice, a rhythm, something I felt could help others find their "right path" just as it had for me.

The hints are free. The community is new. And the deeper work — the Saturday ritual, the original art, the binaural soundscapes, the seasonal gatherings — is where this becomes something you live inside rather than read.
